My name is Eric Fisher, and thanks for checking out my website. I'm currently on On-Camera Meteorologist for The Weather Channel. You'll find me in a number of different scenarios, including studio work, live reports from extreme weather events, and even on your cell phone! We strive for excellence in weather, and I'm happy to be a part of the team. Since we are a part of NBC Universal, you will also find me reporting on breaking news for NBC Nightly News, The Today Show, MSNBC, and CNBC.
I previously worked at WGGB-TV in Springfield, MA as their Morning Meteorologist, newscast Co-Anchor, and General Assignment Reporter. The emphasis of my reporting was on 'green' and environmental stories. I also Freelanced at WFXT-TV in Boston, MA as a Weekend Meteorologist for the better part of a year.
